HOW IT WORKS

01. Inquire

Tell us about your wedding by completing our online inquiry form. We will confirm our availability and send you our questionnaire to get to know you better.

02. Questionnaire + Consultation 

A questionnaire is sent to you so that the details collected help us determine if our values align & confirm if we would be the best option for you. From there, you can request to see our price guide or a consultation so that we can put together a personalized estimate for your review. 

03. Estimate Review 

You've now had a chance to review the first draft of your estimate and it's time to fine-tune some of the beautiful details. This will get the estimate to a place where you are happy & comfortable to move forward.

04. Booking 

Once you approve your estimate, we'll make it official by having you sign a service agreement and pay a deposit. We then have your date secured.

05. Final Details 

Join us on the flower farm for a relaxed, in person meeting where we'll walk the fields together, chat through your vision, and select blooms that will shape your special day. A beautiful, hands-on way to bring your florals to life. Couples may choose to meet with us on the flower farm, or connect virtually via zoom or phone call to discuss final details. This will take place 2 months prior to your wedding date. This meeting is a time for us to review everything in order, make any adjustments, and provide you with the final invoice.

06. Your Wedding 

Our dedicated team will arrive on site and get to work on executing every detail with the utmost care and love to make your floral vision come to life on your very special day.

FAQs

  • The sooner the better! Most couples reserve their date 6–12 months in advance, especially for peak wedding season (May–October). Booking early means we can dream up the most beautiful floral details together and make sure your date is saved.

  • Yes. Because every wedding is thoughtfully designed and handcrafted, we do have a minimum floral investment for full-service weddings. This allows us to create lush, beautiful designs while giving your wedding the time and care it deserves

  • Many of them are! One of the most special parts of working with a flower farm is having access to fresh, seasonal blooms grown right here in our fields. Depending on the time of year, you may see flowers like dahlias, cosmos, zinnias, ranunculus, anemones, lisianthus, sunflowers and many other gorgeous blooms making their way into your wedding designs.

  • Absolutely—you can share flowers you love! Because we work with seasonal blooms, we’ll guide you toward flowers that are at their very best during your wedding season so your arrangements look fresh, abundant, and naturally beautiful.

  • Yes! We offer delivery, on-site installation, and styling so everything looks picture-perfect when you arrive. Delivery and setup fees depend on the venue location and the scale of the floral designs.

  • For smaller orders like bouquets, boutonnieres, and corsages, pickup from the farm may be available. It’s always a sweet moment seeing couples arrive to pick up their wedding flowers!

  • Personal flowers are the pieces worn or carried during the wedding day, such as:

    • Bridal bouquets

    • Bridesmaid bouquets

    • Boutonnieres

    • Corsages

    • Flower crowns

    • Floral hair pieces

    These little details make such a beautiful impact in photos.

  • Every wedding is unique, but some favorites include:

  • Of course! During your consultation we’ll talk about what matters most to you and design something beautiful that makes the most of your floral budget.

  • Yes! We love getting to know our couples. During your floral consultation, we’ll chat about your vision, colours, venue, and style to create a custom floral proposal just for your day.

  • Once you’ve received your proposal, your wedding date is secured with a signed agreement and deposit. Because we take a limited number of weddings each season, booking early is always a good idea.

  • Yes! We have a selection of vessels and floral structures available for designs, including items like arches, vases, and installation pieces when needed.

  • Absolutely I do recommend this! Many couples choose to repurpose ceremony arrangements for the reception, which is a wonderful way to get the most out of your flowers.

  • At the end of the celebration, you’re welcome to take arrangements home, share them with guests, or enjoy them for days after your big day.
